Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, or you simply changed your mind, this page explains how returns and refunds work.
1. Physical products (book, journal, bundle)
- 30-day return window. You can return unused physical products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- Condition. Items should be in their original condition and packaging, with no writing, stamps or damage beyond what you’d expect from opening the package.
- Shipping costs. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit). Return shipping is at the customer’s cost except in the same cases.
- Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us photos at support@life-index.com within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Refund timing. Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
2. Digital purchases via the website
Digital downloads (such as PDF extras) are non-refundable once the download link has been used, except where required by consumer law or if the file is defective.
3. In-app purchases on iOS and Android
Subscriptions and one-time purchases made inside the Life Index mobile app are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refund requests for these purchases are made directly through the store under their standard policies:
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/orders
We are happy to help — if a store refund is declined and you believe the issue is on our side, write to support@life-index.com and we will review your case.
4. How to start a return
- Email support@life-index.com with your order number and a short reason.
- We reply within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back using a tracked service. Keep the tracking number until the refund is issued.
5. Non-returnable items
- Gift cards;
- Items clearly marked “final sale”;
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy adds to — it does not replace — any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. If those laws give you stronger rights, those apply.
